Sculpt

Note: This is not a yoga class!
Designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group, this challenging pilates-inspired class compliments your regular power yoga practice by adding weights to create resistance, and intensify each pose. Please note: while we do provide and incorporate weights in class, you are free to just use your own body’s resistance if you prefer. 

This class is accessible to intermediate to advanced levels.
