Prenatal Workshop

FYI This is a hot yoga class.

In this workshop, Jill will walk you through the beautiful ways in which yoga can support a healthy and enjoyable pregnancy. In the workshop we will:

Learn how to modify your practice at every trimesters
Prepare your body for pregnancy and birth by focusing on a few key areas and postures
Cover ways to connect with yourself and your baby throughout your pregnancy
Share resources to refer to throughout pregnancy and post birth
Enjoy the beautiful journey of growing and bringing a human to the world!

The last portion of the workshop will be a prenatal yoga class that incorporates much of what was discussed in the first portion of the workshop. You’ll leave feeling knowledgeable, refreshed, strong, and connected.
