An Introduction to Arm Balances

Compassion is the driving force behind great leadership. Without compassion we are left to our own negative self talk, frustrations, and fear. Yoga can help us improve this relationship by practicing acceptance and kindness towards ourselves. Physically challenging poses can help nudge you closer to your edge and allow you the opportunity to discover something new. In this introductory arm balance workshop you will toe the line between effort and ease and learn to build strength and self-compassion together.
