Whether you're an advanced beginner or at an intermediate level, this workshop is designed to fine-tune your skills and introduce you to advanced techniques that will revolutionize the way you approach handstands. With a concentrated focus on learning various shapes — tucks, straddles, and pikes—as well as refining your handstand entries, this workshop offers a comprehensive curriculum aimed at enhancing both your technique and understanding of this invigorating inversion.


Prequisite: To get the most out of this workshop you should be able to kick up to the wall and also hold a chest to wall handstand for at least 20 seconds.
